Approved for the Amex ED last month with a fat backdate. It hit all of my reports over a week ago. All the freebie services, (except useless Credit Sesame), have updated showing it. Yet nothing from MyFico 3B monitoring. Are they always this slow?

Maybe the 3 CRAs haven't provided the info to FICO yet.

So the eMails I get from MyFico that say We've been busy scanning your credit reports for changes as part of your FICO® 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring product are lying and, in reality, they just wait for the CRA's to send them the info?

Likely yes.
Usually when my other monitors alert me (2-3 days after the event) that afternoon myfico updates.
Oh, just noticed. You won't get an alert, no event has happened.. This is not a new account, it's backdated.. You will have to wait for a alert able event to see any effects.

HMM... Didn't think about that.
