I bank with TD bank, and in august I went negative in my checking account
today I got a letter from NCO stationg o pay the $60 by January 6th and it will not be reported on my CRs
I called TD bank and said "my account is in good standing why couldnt you just take the $60 i owed you"
Well apparently I was negative 60 for 2 weeks and they sent me to collections
when my direct deposit went in a week later it re activated my account and the 60 was not deducted!
so I called NCO and they told me if I paid the debt it would not be reported
so i paid it
