NEED EXPERT PLEASE HELP ME: Won't' get approved for due to CA posting item and refusing to PDF

I have an item that was open 11/05 and they last reported it 7.07 as a collection item.  I call them to offer payment in exchange for delete or at least that they not respond to dispute but each and everytime they come back verifing it.  This item is only on one credit report and noone there can help (Experidian) even though Equifax took it off after I explained.  Does anyone know a number to a helpful Experidian agent that can help me get this item off and a fax?.....this is ruining my life

CA's don't have to respond to PFD requests. Did you send a DV that they failed to respond to?

A number for Experian is 1-800-493-1058. Request 'agent' to get a person.
