NEEDING ADVICE

I disputed two accounts for HSBC BANK NV FKA HHLB.(one from the OC and one from a CA - Elite Recovery Services - Buffalo , NY.) 

I received a letter from CSC Credsit Service (Equifax) that the OC deleted theirs, but Elite "verified , per the letter from the CRA.

Since the OC deleted it, but not the CA, what is the best way to proceed now? Send a DV letter to Elite?

SOL for NY is 6 years. What is the DOFD?  look at EX CR  far right>>>>> it will say...remains on CR until   month/year  

You can not be sued for payment after SOL has past!!!!  this means that there are several ways to handle it.

Some creditors drop from CR after it goes to collections...either sold or not.

OOPS   I see that the CA is in NY....are you in NY??  IF not  check your SOL

I am in Texas, where the  SOL is 4yrs.  I assume I am going to go by the TX. SOL, even though the CA is in NY?

I will have to get my report and get back to you on the DOFL.  I am at work and my papers are at home.

HD - where does it indicate when an account will drop off? I cannot locate it on my EX report. Is the report from MyFico or TU?
