Cancelled this evening hitting option 1 and then 3 and the call was answered on the first ring... so zero wait time.

Cancelled using the 888 number. It's was automated and easy 2 minutes. Apparently they didn't cancel when I called in 2 months ago and now the system says my account is past due $59.90. I used a cap1 temp card and turned it off so they could not charge it. I would like another $1 trial, how should I go about getting the $59.90 removed?
Thank you
I did the same thing and had the same issue. Since the account wasn't canceled but your card declined they assume you want the service. I just took it as a lesson learned and ate the charge. I did make sure I canceled before I was charged again, and after that I am on the $1 trial bandwagon again. You could call and ask that the account be canceled and see if that works.
You can now cancel online, and that is the easiest way to do it.
Automated, eh? Interesting. I have not heard of the automated system working in about a year now, so perhaps it's back. I'll have to try this out the next time I cancel a $1 trial.
As for getting charged for 2 monthly memberships, just call them and tell them that you cancelled as you were supposed to and were charged not once, but twice for a monthly membership fee. CCT is really good about refunds, even if it's ultimately your fault. The squeaky wheel gets the oil; all you really have to do is ask.
I see numbers listed, but I canceled last week. Just logged in and went to my account page. There was a link on the page to cancel clicked it and immediately got an email that they were sorry to see me go and I was canceled.
