I did pay it off and had to wait 30 days and they have now informed me they are sending my a pre-approved Optima Card application with a $500 CL to sign and return. The Rep said after 12 months of good pay history I can request a CLI and also apply for other AMEX cards.Anyone have similar experience with AMEX lately?

I appreciate the reply. I have been with Amex a long time and have three cards with them. My anual spending on these cards is arround 60k a year and they are personal purchased for the most part. Maybe that along with the anual fees I pay might help. This is my first late with them ever. I wish there was a legitamate service that were experts in this sort of thing that I could just simply pay and not worry about it. I have heard there are a lot of scammer cleanup companies so I will take this one on myself. Cheers,
