According to my actual scorecard from MyFico, Fico 5 (Mortgage) has a range of 300 - 850.

Is their another mortgage version?

NFCU uses a ton of different scoring models. There have even been reports of TU98 being used!

It's my understanding that the mortgage models all have a maximum score that's lower than the 850 official ceiling.
