A NFCU Scare This Morning
Checking my acct at 4:18 and both my Platinum & Signature showed $0 CLs. That is a $20.5K CLD, which had my heart racing. I'm thinking this is crazy!!! I haven't done anything to cause a CLD -- 5% UT across the board and Platinum 0/4K and Siggy 767/16.5K. I log out and log back in hoping like hell it is some kind of computer glitch. Everything is zeroed out -- current balance, pending transactions, credit limit, last stmt bal, last pymt amt.
So called at 4:40 and an auto message came on stating, At this time account info may be limited due to routine system maintenance. PHEW!
Just checked online and called again and still no fix yet at 7:03am
