Is this in reference to a new account or CLI?

AFAIK, that's typically the CRA accessed when applying for new NFCU CC accounts. They've also been known to use EX and TU for CLIs in some reported cases (e.g. frozen CRs, split or inaccessible files, etc.).

In my experience, approvals and denials between Wife and I:

TU for new CC's though their internal score seems to weigh more or so they state in their approval and denial letters.

CLI's: EQ 09
