Need Advice (OC delete, but CA still trying to collect)

Some of you may remember some of my prevoious post about Hudson and Keyse LLC. Well they have stupped to a new low now and I am fumming. I sent them two DV letters that they never answered. I also sent the same DV letters to their legal department (Mendelson Law Group in San Deigo, Ca) and they also did not send me anything. So I filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB. I also sent disputes to all three CRA's. Well all three CRA deleted the OC (Us bank), but yet Hudson keeps trying to collect. If the OC can not find any records on the acct, how can they? And they tried to make me look bad in front of the BBB saying that my complaint is invalid as I didn't send them anything. Well that is a lie and I know the dates that I sent out my letters. The only thing now is, that my boyfriend misplaced my green cards. I don't have the CM numbers and I am afraid that I will be screwd if they try to prusit this in court. I do have copies of everything else though. So what should I do now, send another DV letter? I wouild really like some advice, as I am not sure if they will try to take this to court as it looks like I have pissed them off. (LOL, like I care though) I just don't want any further damage to my credit score as it has increased since I have been a member of this site. (Sorry so long.)

P.S. My sol in Cali is 4 years. The DOLA was July 2004

I don't understand all of what you are saying.    Is anyone reporting now?  I know that you said the OC deleted.......Is there a CA reporting??    IF NOT     and they are only sending letters  they can do the.

When you say that they are still trying to collect   what do you mean?

Yes, Hudson and Keyse continues to report this monthly. US bank is now off all CR's because they did not have any info to validate the claims. So the CRA's deleted, but Hudson and Keyse verified with all three. They are collecting for US bank who says I owe nothing, but they will not stop reporting this debt collection. Which is a form of collecting, right? Also, I don't understand how they never replied to all 4 of my DV's, but yet they replied to the BBB. It looks like they don't have the anything to prove the debt, so they are trying to stall. I just want them to either send me all of the full media I requested, or get of my credit report. So that is why I said they are still trying to collect. Also they never reported to the CRA's that I was disputing this debt, that is a violation right? (I have been disputing since Jan 7,2008)
