Need Help on DV & PFD process

hey guys, I sent out about 15 DV certified mail i received back the green mail slip on most of them, I am missing three.  First of all what happens if I don't receive the green slip back on those three-thats a way of proving they received my letter?  second I received a letter back from one of the companies stating they no longer have the debt and that they would notify the CB's to remove, but in their letter they stated they weren't responsible for how long it takes to come off the CB's.  What's up with that?  Should I send a letter myself to the CB's with a copy of their letter?
Thanks

There could be many reasons why you haven't gotten the GG back yet....The PO  gives them about 2 weeks to sign for it.....then will send you notice that it was refused or not delieverable.....In my case I received my GG 3 weeks after it was signed for....you can go online www.usps.com & track the letters..........if you know that it was received   just sit back & wait no longer then a month for the GG....if you do not get it GO to the PO & they can print out everything on even the signiture of the person that signed  with their letterhead!!!!  IF needed this is accepted by the CRAs and even in court if needed.

IMO every DV or anything that goes CMRRR  should go by US MAIL. Other mail services like UPS do not deliever to PO BOXes and some remote (what they call) areas....they send a letter to whoever it is & then the person MUST come into their office to get it.

As to the letter that you received.......dispute with all CRAs that are reporting as *NOT MINE*
