I know people have requested this before, but I can't remember where to find an example of a DV letter.
I got a letter from a collection agency saying I owe over $400 from a medical center I have never been to. The letter does not give a date, time frame or any specifics about what the bill is for.......and the letter is signed "MR. HOUSE" in all capital letters.
what the heck!
