From googling "NAFS BFLO" it appears that it is a CA. National Action Financial Services- Buffalo.

I have no outstanding collections. And they can do a hard inquiry on my report???

I too Googled them....sound like such a 'wonderful company'....NOT

If you are certain that you have no collections outstanding, send them the non PP letter and see if they remove with just that little nudge.

If not, may have to file complaints with BBB, AG, etc.
