Newbie with question

I'm a newbie and I would like to get some baddies removed. If this "Transferred to another lender or claim purchased" is on one of my accounts can I get this removed?

Were some delinquencies involved? I have mortgages that show transfered to another lender. All that means to me is that they changed servicers. Happens all the time in the mortgage business.

Yes lates were involved. Its a student loan that now has a new lender and the account is current with no lates

I'm telling you now from experience, they are going to ask you for more information.  But if on your CR it shows transferred under the OC then it is permissable for the OC and the CA to be listed.  Nothing that says they can't do that. So if it's the OC and the CA, they both can stay on there, but you may want to DV the CA and go that route to have that deleted. I'm sure the experts will chime in.
