Next step

BACKGROUND (same CA)

Four medical collection accounts
One auto loan (ex-husband's) account
All accounts are past SOL
CA does not appear to be licensed in Arizona

I disputed these accounts on all three reports
Results - verified, no change

My question - do I (1) file a complaint with the state and/or (2) contact the CA in writing?

Thanks for the advice!

Re: Next step

I would complain to the state-

I ran into this earlier this year- these ceased collections and got themselves licensed. Luckly I managed to get it settled with an agreement not to report and unverifiable.

Re: Next step

Tim -

Did you settle with the CA not to report/unverifiable or was that with the state?  I don't mind paying, but they haven't responded to my PFD letters.  Also, if they chose to get licensed, could they start reporting again?

Thanks!
