I get alerts, but no score updates with the alert (eventhough the score has changed). I won't get an updated score until my updated reports are pulled per my subscription. EX & TU update scores along with alerts as they should.

So is it a MyFICO problem, an Equifax problem, or both??
Despite what the MyFICO folks will tell you, it's solidly their problem. I get alerts/score updates from a variety of paid and free subscriptions. MyFICO is the only service that is slow to report changes and, now, doesn't even to report anything regarding Equifax unless a new report is pulled.
I've said it time and time again, MyFICO is valuable if your looking for a variety of score flavors. If you're just looking for alerts, this is an expensive service with poor reliability.
Been getting balance changes and such on all 3. Just did a monthly pull and a couple points gained. Nothing in between.
You are not alone, I experienced that when I used MyFICO for credit monitoring. My score and file info would change, but MyFICO wouldn't report it... like, ever... unless I pulled a new report. Nowadays I monitor my EQ score via Experian's endless $1 week-long trials, which allows you to pull a new 3B report every time you renew. Highly recommend.
Hello, my name is Jewel and I Manage a small Family owned Finance Company in Lakewood, Co. None of our Clients have updated on Equifax even though we received a receipt saying it was uploaded. Its an Equifax issue, which I am still waiting to find out why? Call in, will update you.
Experian service is fantastic- but it doesn't offer the additional scores for all 3 like myFICO - and you get no FICO9s. That's the only downside and why I keep a myFICO membership for now despite its issues - I'm monitoring other scores.
