Wow, there is so much great information on here! Maybe you can help with this... I disputed info in all three of my CRs in Dec, sent it CMRRR and all that. Got a response back from Equifax, they deleted most of the files. No response from other two agencies. After 35 days from the date they received my dispute, I sent the "you didn't respond so delete the records" letter CMRRR. It has been two weeks since the non responding agencies received my follow up letters ( I have the green cards) and still nothing. Now what? Do the other two agencies have to delete the information since Equifax was not able to verify the info? Thanks!
