Northland group Sol question?

I have a collection from Northland Group Inc reguarding a old Capitol One account. Below I have the SOL for Washington State. Could someone look at the information I have and let me know If my SOL is up or not?

date of status 3/2004

30 days late as of Sep 2003

Credit cards are cconsidered as open contracts in most states-

State laws and courts in

AZ, FL, OK, MO and IL have been enforcing SOL on credit cards as contract law-

Your SOL is 3 years on CC.  you should be past SOL. Now Cap 1 usually will not delete  but if you have the money to pay Cap 1   I would   first   file a dispute with all CRAs that are reporting  either online fax or CMRRR

What for the CRA to come back verified.........then send the OC letter to cap1.

Leave the CA on the back burner while you wait on these
