Not able to use TrueCredit Monitoring Service. Best Alternative?

Well after 5 days of attempting to use TrueCredit, customer service gave up and will issue a refund. I signed up for the service last thursday and as soon as i logged on, It would display the bouncing ball cursor with the information loading message followed by a message saying "Credit bureaus not responding". After calling customer support, they cancelled the account and said they would send me a gift certificate code to try signing up again to resolve the issue. After waiting all weekend to get the gift certificate email with no luck, I called this morning again. Customer service then gave me the code on the phone and walked me through the sign up process. After everything was done, we ended up at the same "Credit bureaus not responding message". The lady from customer service says sorry, I guess we can't get your reports, we'll issue you a credit. Have a nice day! Not sure what happened since I had a free trial last month through BoA Privacy Assist and was able to see all reports with Fako's. I didn't keep the service due to lack of bang for the buck and only quarterly reports for $12.95/month. Any decent alternatives to TrueCredit?

Thanks,

Jenaro

P.S. I was able to get my free credit report online directly from Equifax

If you have a chase card - you can get TC through them

If you have an Amex you can get Credit Secure - Their scores for me are VERY close to FICO scores
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

How do I get TC from my Chase card?  I have a Chase card, but when I login I don't see an option to get TC.

Sent you a private message, Dicej32.

In all the trials and checking I do, I have noticed something somewhat interesting. I can pull my reports on the same day, say four pulls at once, and there are score differences (in the single digits), often between the various services I am pulling from. I'm at a loss to make sense of this, but I trust the ones that come from the services I favor for overall reasons. There's probably a legitimate explanation for the discrepancies. But just offering a caution of sorts, should you become confused yourself.

Also, I have Chase among those services I use. The scores they provide (FAKO) are pretty much useless as far as I would say. But it's a really nice layout and otherwise inclusive. Chase is an awesome bank in my opinion, aside from their service with the ID Protection service they offer, which because of the scoring washes out a little less than perfect. They seem to offer good credit limits, and are the fastest transactors I have ever dealt with. Online payments from another bank funding source, next day applied to balance. My experience anyway.
