You can register for a free myEquifax monthly cr with vantage score included. It also gives access to disputes and freezes. Here: https://my.equifax.com/consumer-registration/UCSC/#/personal-info

@Cory88 The same thing happened to me with USAA -- received an alert from TU stating one of my USAA accounts was closed by credit grantor -- called USAA and the account is open and fine (the account hasn't yet updated to Experian and Equifax but I hope it reports correctly on them). Glad to see someone else had the same issue -- did you open disputes with TU to have it fixed or are you just waiting it out?
FYI: issue appears to have been resolved. My account updated today on both EQ and TU and all closed remarks have been removed. So that was fast.
Almost went into panic mode tonight when I got an alert from EX that my USAA card had been closed by creditor on the 22nd. Shortly followed by another alert from Chase Credit Journey about the same card.
Checked my account and everything looked normal.
Hopped on the phone and was told that USAA had an internal glitch that reported numerous accounts closed to the CB's, when there was actually no change in status. They stated they have remedied the situation with the CB's but it may take a couple weeks for things to update.
Just a heads up.
@thornbacki searched for the website and I didn't see the free one. It was telling me to enter my credit card for 24.95 a month. Do you have a link for the free one?
I didn't get a notice and I'm sorry to everyone who did. I check my credit karma and myidcare and I didn't see alerts or closures on my USAA. This isn't anything to play with especially with credit card companies being very sensitive during this pandemic.

@Anonymous For the Transunion TrueIdentity product, right? Here's the direct link: https://www.trueidentity.com/
You can get there from Transunion.com also but that homepage is confusing because it lists like 4 different products and you have to make sure you pick the right one.
True Identity is completely free will let you refresh your reports every 24 hours (and it's exactly 24 hours, to the minute; so if you do it tonight at 10:15pm, you can't pull again till tomorrow at exactly 10:15pm). They also do monitoring with alerts and the free credit lock feature... just no scores.
Thank you for posting the info about this. I saw in on my report the other day (when I noticed my score dropped by a point) but didn't get a chance to look it up until today. Finally saw it and was like I went to the USAA account that was reported as closed, USAA messages, my emails, and anything else I thought would have given me notification or information on the activity and nothing. This makes me feel a lot better about it. Thanks again!
Yes this is exactly what I wanted. Thanks for the link and info.
That would be scary AF, YIKES
