Now what letters if any???

Silly me trying to dispute everything all I one time and I'm coming across hurdles I just can't get over. Sorry for the long post but I am getting desperate trying to buy my first home and so much fixing to do on my CR. I can tell you what I have done and maybe some can help me with what I should do next. 1.) I have sent PP letters to two companies for inquiries I know nothing about it has been 30 day's and no response. Is there a certain letter that follows? 2.) I have sent packages to all 3 CRA containing copies of all my letters, GC etc. about 2 accounts with the same company still nothing happening with these accounts do I know send a letter to FCRA and if so does anyone have a sample letter? Do I send them copies of everything I have? 3.) Lastly I sent a PFD via email to NCO about an $80 account and they found a second account I had for $150 I was willing to PFD both but I got a letter saying they asked the OC to validate and they haven't. So my question here is do I follow up with a no DV response even though I didn't ask for validation and do I still continue to PFD? This stuff isn't easy I need a tall and strong drink, lol. Anyone care to join me.

What do you mean "about 2 accounts", did they not validate, are they not yours? As for sending a letter to FCRA- FCRA is Fair Credit Reporting Act- a law, not a company.

How long has it been since you received the letter? You can either wait the 30 days and send the 2nd DV. Or just email Mike and explain that you'd be willing to pay, if they delete.

2 SNET accounts (telephone) I sent DV for an amount of $406 this is not my account did all I was suppose to I finally got a letter from SNET stating they couldn't find the account. However upon receiving this letter it was for a different SNET account amount $156. So I got all my copies of DV's, no repsonse to DV's, receipts, GC you name it I copied them sent them to the CRA all CMRRR.


As far as NCO I originally sent a PFD letter CMRRR and it was delivered and signed on 2-26. I came across the NCO forum and then emailed Mike who then forwarded the email to Lisa. I got a response she was gonna look into it. I also stated I wanted to be contacted by mail I then started to get phone calls and still do from NCO.

So of course I questioned it and my second said the same as the first she asked the OC to validate. It has been 40 day's no validation for the first account and 33 day's for the second letter. So what do I do know?

      ALWAYS  DV CMRRR  never talk to them NO email  do not sign anything going to a CA!!!!!!!

Everything by USPS!!      a good DV will tell them no phone calls!

After they prove that the debt is yours and amount is correct.  On cell phones most CAs do not have any info. to show proof.  IF they do then you send a PFD

Also check your state.....is it law that they must be licensed or bonded....are they?

So I try to see if NCO is licensed here in Ct and from I came across was they are Licensed in Pa. I know thats where there office is and I also came across a web site how they were being investigated by the state AG so unless I'm missing something I would have to say they are not licensed here in Ct if that is the case what do I need to do?

Yes they are  licensed here in CT.  check the address listed on your CR  they are always being investigated by someone!
