OMG! Please help!!

I decided to freeze my credit, no problem right, I froze experian and transition, then I froze equifax, when the confirmation page came up, it was blank. It said you must print this page below using the adobe print button, no information, no print button!! I did the freeze on my ipad, i did not see anything in the fine print saying dont use an ipad. Tried to call, of course they're closed, who do I call, what do I do? I took a picture of the screen, though that im sure will do me no good. but I am planning to buy a house in May, I have heard a few horror stories of people who have lost there thaw code, I never got one!!! Please help!!!

Also if you lose your pin it's a way to get a new one!!!!

I will say now that I am breathing again though that I'm irked that I pix 5 bucks to freeze, did not get the code and will need to pay again to get the code that I paid for and never got... Oh, things could be so much worse... Thankful!!
