Odd situation that I need help with ASAP!!!!

I got a call from a CA yesterday regarding a maryland bank CC they said I had, I told them I have never had anything with Maryland bank and asked them to send me paper doc's, today they call again and tell me the account may have been Bank of Amer.........3 minutes later the guy says maybe it is a MBNA account, I told him im being confused by the minute, he reads me the Soc #  they have for me and it is incorrect, by the way i just found out I have 2 Soc. # on my CR and both are NOT mine and the DOB they have for me is incorrect..........Im a newbie to this whole thing trying to clean up a mess, how should i handle this ? Are these major screw ups an advantage for me? do you feel this will give me opportunity for a deletion from my CR? I am also looking for some input on how to word my letter..........Thanks for all the help this site is a sanity saver!!!!

Copy your D/L   SS card and something (mail  from bank or utilities) with your name and address on it....this is to prove who you are and what your SS# is        You can file this dispute by fax or CMRRR

Check all addresses that all 3 have for you at the same time     dispute all the incorrect info. as *NOT MINE*

As to birthday all that is needed is  month and year

IF the CA calls again  tell them they must NOT call again  everything by mail & hang up. Never talk to them or give any info.  IF that doesn't work ask for their mailing address & mail them a letter telling them no phone calls everything by mail   send it CMRRR!

When you say all that is needed for my BD is month and yr is that for them or is that what i need to provide? They have my month screwed up but the yr correct.........is this as big of help as I am thinking it will be for me having all this screwed up info on my report? Thanks for the input

On my CRs   all that shows is the month & year. Because you have incorrect SS#s  you need that correct ASAP!     Your D/L  will verify your DOB  but point it out to them

IMO  in order to get a job  with the CRAs   you can not  have an IQ  higher then a GNAT!!!
