Old account not reporting on EQ

My oldest account from 2007 is not reporting on EQ and because of this my AAoA is super low and dragging my score down- is there anything I can do about that?

Did it ever report? Is the account closed?  

If  the lender doesn't report to EQ, then there is nothing you can do.

The account is closed. Once upon a time it did report but I cannot pinpoint when it dropped off.

Its gone, EQ & TU wont hold closed accounts for 10 years like EX does and unfortunately there is nothing you can do.

Thanks. I learned too late the wisdom of holding on to old accounts....
