hey guys listen I am in desperate need of a loan to get myself out of a debt and I have a pre approval notice from one main financial but I have a couple of questions that I wanted to keno about before I even use that ultimate last resort:
1) how easy is it to get a loan? ( I have school loans and a repossession on my credit report)
2) how long will it take for them to notify me if I am approved?
3) I got it in the mail at an older address but it's good until the 24th of March and I have recently moved to a different part of this state and I was wondering if they would still accept my pre approval notice at the different location or do I have to take to the address on it to be able to use it?
4) I would gestimate my credit score is around 600-615, I have a pay stub less than 30 days old, is there any other paperwork that I would need
Any and all help is appreciated
PS I know using them is probably a really bad decision but at this point a loan from them would keep me from doing something illegal to get the money I need
A quick search popped up these threads.

I do not have any personal dealings with them but based on these threads, you need to go into this situation with your eyes wide open
are you able to get a loan through a Credit Union? They are usually more forgiving on credit and the rates/fees would be much better.
Hi. I have a loan wiith them, almost paid off. TRY to get another loan elsewhere. They charge 36% interest. Nothing nice. I had an emergency situation and Im on better footing now. But if you do, make sure they don't penalize you for pre payment. Some states do. Where I live, whatever I pay over monthly amount goes directly to principle. Just do your research according to where you live. Hope this helps.
Does the "pre-approval" letter state that it is made as a result of their having obtained your name from a listing provided by a CRA?
If so, it is a "firm offer for credit" that has specific requirements for honoring the firm offer.
If it was sent by obtaining your name from another source, it is not a "firm offer."
