Opened a Binance Crypto account and address was not mine, but had issues with this address before

A while back when I had a B of A business account open, I had someone else account show up on my account access. I could see the account balances and move money if I wanted too. I could also see this persons address.  It took me almost a month working with B of A to remove this account from my profile and to make sure that my social and date of birth where not asscoaited with this account, which I was told they were not. That was about 3 TO 4 years ago. 

Today when I opened a Binance account, I had to input the last 4 digets of my social and guess what showed up on the address? The same address from the B of A issue I had. Binance  pulled my personal info: date of birth and social, which were correct but had that wrong address. I was able to edit my personal info and address, which I did. But I am puzzeled how this address popped up again? I do not see this address associated with my credit reports from the big 3 nor has any new credit or inqs being pulled with this address.

You know what I have a Innovis credit report account, and I never paid attention to it. But I did see this and I dont remember ANY INQ from sagestream? I just requested a report from them to what the heck on is personal info.

I would check every credit reporting agency you can find. Including business z since the first time this showed up was for a business account.

I would assume the only reason this would happen is because someone has their information on a credit report somewhere associated with you.

Anyone know how long it takes to get these reports? I put in my request when I did the online request
