Re: Opt-in

Go to the same opt-out site. You'll see the option to opt back in.

https://www.optoutprescreen.com/?rf=t

Use the blue button at the bottom of the screen.

Re: Opt-in

Opt-in after an opt-out is specifically authorized under FRCA 604(e)(4)(B), and only requires notice to the CRA of your change of election.

It has a 5-day delay period.  You can do it on-line or by writing to the CRA of notice of new election under FCRA 604(e)(4)(B). FCRA 604(e)(2)(B) give you the option.

If want to do it in writing, simply send them the following:

"This is written and signed notice pursuant to FCRA 604(e)(2)(B) that I wish to change my prior election to "opt out" under FCRA 604(e)(1) of providing my name and address from any list provided by you in connection with any credit transaction not intiated by the consumer..

Specifically, I rescind my prior election to exclude, and authorize you to now provide my name and address in connection with credit transactions not intitiated by the consumer."
