In 2010 when I began my repair journey, I was advised to opt out, which I did.
Now, when I go to any pre-qualify sites, I never get any offers and it usually says it may be due to the fact I've opted out but I have recieved offers for credit cards in the mail.
Is there any way to opt back in? If not, how long does one stay opted out?
