Indeed. There's a budget problem that isn't being shared and that's preventing the best advice from being given.
I'd suggest OP post their budget line by line if they want to expose it, if they want the best advice.
A lot of the credit cards listed with balances are certainly not places one would NEED to buy from in a financial crisis, so I am hoping that they have a realistic budget going forward and avoid buying things that aren't needed to survive until they're at a point of low debt anxiety.
Those were my thoughts when I saw Macy's, Lowe's, TJ Maxx and JCP. And a mortgage of $625. This should be a manageable problem to fix. Good luck OP!

I think you waited way too long for ask for advice. I would go and get professional advice at this point. The credit card debt is not even your biggest issue. 200k of student loans? If you wanted to declare bankruptcy you should have done it before your partner got a job.
OP, there are definitely options. But they won't be easy. I would recommend lots of research before doing this. But one option is to start now developing 2 (I would say one but it looks like you need 2) business LLCs' credit. This would take 6-8 months then you would likely be able to get 100k in cash credit per business if you execute it well.
The basic idea is you set up and work hard establishing a credible LLC's credit. Get $100k in cash cards most of which will have some sort of 0% period 6-18months, all with no personal guarantee. You then move your personal debts onto those cards during to buy you a little bit of interest-free time. Here's the kicker, now your personal credit, doesn't have any CC debt, because you've essentially moved it to your business credit. With your scored being high, and very low utilization rate, you time it right and get a few 0% balance transfer cards. Pay off as much as you can on the debts while they're on your business credit interest-free, but then move them to your new personal 0% cards. Citi Simplicity has a 21 month 0% card and I'm sure there are a lot of other good options. Maybe you get 2 or 3 0% cards, and your wife gets 2 or 3. Now you get almost a couple years to pay the debts interest-free.
It's a lot different from personal credit and takes a little bit of money to pay for things such as website, call forwarding (so you have a business phone) virtual fax number, filing LLC incorporation paperwork with your state's SOS, paying for a virtual office (monthly rent), It's a broad subject and there's a lot to learn about how to properly set up your business entity. A big cost is ordering various things form starter vendors to establish trade credit initially. You'll wanna get around 5 starter trade accounts on Net Terms after you set up your business properly. Then wait a couple months for those to report. Then you get 5-10 more trade accounts on Net Terms, wait a couple months for those to report. Then you apply for Store and Fleet credit lines, about 5-10 of those, wait a couple months, then you can usually secure business visa and mastercard accounts based on business credit alone. There's a lot of caveats so do your research. I would recommend not just setting up the business for credit but actually make it a side job for yourself. There's a lot of very profitable self employment options for small businesses. Painting, advertising work, buying stuff from yard sales and reselling on amazon/ebay, landscaping, drive for a rideshare company, affiliate marketing, a lot of possibilities. This is all time consuming stuff, and there's a lot to learn, but done right it will help solve your problem. It's much easier to pay debts when there isn't any interest!
