I guess this is as good of a place as any to post this question if not mod please move to approriate place.
I always stay on top of all my accounts and have elected online statements for all instead of paper statements so I can pull them up at any time to see what is happening to my accounts. (payments,credits,cli,interest charges etc).
For the last 3 weeks I have not been able to access my Overstock online account it continues to come up with "Technical Error" blah blah blah.
I call CSR two times so far and they say they are experiencing issues with their website and are working on it.
It seems to me that a company (Comenity) this big would be able to correct a website problem in a short amount of time heck build a completely new one.
I was wondering if anyone else who has an Overstock account and maintains it via the website is experiencing the same issues.
Access by phone for basic info and payments works but I rather the website worked.
Not for me. Placed an order a couple of weeks ago and have been able to log in. Just tried right now and it's working fine.
Try from a different browser or device, or try incognito mode.

Agreed. We use IE at work and the newest version won't allow Overstock to load or work right. Same for my other Come it's accounts. If I use Firefox on the PC or iOS on my phone, it works fine. And I have access to my accounts online no problem - just checked also.
