PFD DIDNT WORK.....HELP!!!

Ok so I wrote a PFD letter to Peroutka & Peroutka and they would not agree to it....they sent me a letter validating the debt.  So today I called them and basically told them that I disputed the debt but would pay it if they sent me a letter agreeing to erase it from my credit report if I payed it.  The guy turned me down.  He said that he would update the credit report saying that it was paid, but that he wouldn't erase it...........now what do I do??

What is the DOFD or DOLA of the debt?  This should be on your CBRs.

Does the OC still own this debt?   

What is your state's debt collecting SOL?

What did the CA send as 'validation'?

Do not speak with any CA on the phone!
