PFD current and old?

I have 3 old accounts that I paid to the CA (way back when I didn't know any better), now I see I have 2 accounts to the same CA for only $79 each.

I have sent for a DV to the CA and awaiting the results.

My question, if they respond that I owe the two for $79 each, can I PFD them and ask them for deletes on all accounts (ones I am paying and ones in the past already paid) or should I GW them instead. They will not drop off for another two years and I would just like them to be gone.

I would send the PFD letter for the one you owe. Goodwill after you get the PFD.
