PFD results

No luck at all on my pfd, and on top of it, they won't even send DV to me.  They won't take my money or even give me proof that it's mine!  After sending 2 pfd's and getting no results, I decided to try and call the CA.  The guy was a real son of a you know what, and said I'm not sending you a statement and it's not coming off of your credit report.  The problem with all of this is, it's not MINE!!!! I tried to pfd, because it's only 75.00, and was willing to "eat" the 75 bucks, but no go.  Just wanted to update all of you.

Ugh, he sounds like a total pig.  Sorry you had to put up with that.  Well you have a right to a DV and they're required by law to prove it's yours.

I told him that I need some kind of debt validation, because I need some kind of record, just in case I contact the AG, when I told him that, he started stuttering and getting nervous, and he said, "well, maybe I can find the staement from 2 years ago" and I will send you that.  I will believe it when I see it.  I have been living at the same address for 7 years, and he said they sent a bill 2 years ago, when it went into collections.  I never received anything back then

Yeah, they don't want to mess with Jesus!

Stick to your guns, by law they are required to prove you owe the debt and that they are legally authorized to collect on the debt.

Sunny, Im taking it that you sent DV CMRRR.  If you do not receive notice WITHIN 30 days. On day 31 you need to send them the next letter.

If they do not verify they MUST stop all collection!!!!! If the do not you can sue!!!!!

That means OFF you CR also.

DO NOT send S&D letter

Well, I guess my mouth got me in trouble today, because I called them,  and argued with the fact that I want a DV.  He said he will send me one, after I threatened contacting the AG.  Guess, I should have kept my big mouth shut, and then could have settled it once and for all.  Who knows, maybe, he won't send the DV, anyway

I would have the DV in the mail tomorrow!!!!!! you have no proof that you even talked to him. He can just forget it.  CMRRR
