PFD when CA is not showing on CR

I want to negotiate a PFD but the CA said no.  They offered settlement but on the $250 owed but could not offer removal from credit report.  I just pulled cr and the Bank I owed shows as the creditor.  Can I negotiate with the Bank to get this removed?
