When it fell off  was the CRTP past?  CRTP is 7-7.5 years. It would  mean the DOFD was in  1999 or 2000.

I had 4 fall off that weren't past CRTP. The CA took over BUT it was already past my SOL.

If this is correct. You can ignore it or send a DV to the CA (just because they say attorney doesn't mean they are).  SOL would have past before CRPT.

IF SOL is past  they can not sue you. Then I would send a DV   CMRRR

If you are sure that CRTP is past  tell them that they have 5 days to delete it!!!  You MUST be sure!!
