PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND

Okay.  A few years ago I had a Discover card.  I was only able to pay $50 a month at the time.  This was not acceptable to them.  The account got sent to a lawyer.  I was paying the lawyer until he informed me that $50 a month wasn't acceptable to him either.  I had a judgment against me and my wages were garnished.  The judgment was satisfied 1/2004 but I just checked my credit report and Discover has me being 90 days late through 2005.  I know getting this off would not help my score because of the time frame but are they allowed to report in 2005 when the judgment was satisfied in 2004?  That just doesn't seem right.
Also, the judgment was cancelled?  I sent the cancellation certificate to all 3 credit bureaus.  Will it come off my credit reports?

Re: PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND

I would send discover a letter- they can't report late after they are paid-

This could very well affect your score-
