Thank you! EX is the lowest of my scores and has the most inquiries, so I don't know if I should do this right now. But I'd REALLY like to know my REAL EX FICO, as opposed to their FAKO.
Do you know how often you can get your EX FICO for no charge with them? I looked at their website and it doesn't even mention it.
Also, just curious, what kind of plausible reason is there for opening an acct in another state if not for the EX repts? I gather from what you said, they wouldn't look too kindly on that and might not approve the app.
Thanks!

I read the OP said s/he was approved. I'm wondering what the application process is and how difficult is it to be approved? I've never heard to having to be approved for a bank account -- and even have a savings a/c at my local CU.
Do they do a hard hit on your CRAs? If so, do you know which ones they do? Is there a min FICO they're looking for? I'm just wondering what would prohibit you from opening an acct there.
Thanks so much!
Here's some additional skinny:
Yes, you too can join PSECU and find out your EX FICO score!
Thank you, Hauling. Great info. I'll continue to read through the posts, but I was wondering if you might know since there are 34 pages of posts if anyone has determined any minimum requirements in terms of cr score. Unfortunately my EX score is the lowest due to 2 hard inquires from CAs and a collection I just DV'd last week. My EX FACO was 605 last week. I'd hate to get yet one more hard hit on my EX report only to be turned down for an account because my score is too low.
Thanks so much!
You get monthly FICO score updates thru PSECU. They always have the best rates for Loans, CC, etc. I believe you need a score of 600+ to be a member. My husband was denied his own account for years. Now he was finally approved. Credit gardening has it's rewards sometimes. )
