Paid Judgements, what to do??

I've done a search on here and finding mixed answers.  I have 3 old paid judgements on my credit report.  If possible I would like to have them removed.  I did searches of motion to vacate, I tried to find Ohio laws and could not.  I called clerk of courts and she told me to call somewhere else.  These are valid debts that belonged to me.  They are paid in full.  I'm not sure if I can have them removed or just leave them alone.  Again, they are satisfied.

However, this one says satisfied judgements in OH can not be vacated, take it with a grain of salt but it does quote law:
