Paragon Way?

I have a couple baddies on my credit report from paragon way due to 2 old payday loans will they PFD? Does anyone have any experience with them?

I have not heard of them, however, I would try a PFD as you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Before you PFD have you tried to DV and dispute with the CRAs?

If this is a bona fide collection, I wouldn't DV the CA. PFD is way to go and it's ethical.

Why?

Many states don't allow for collections on these 'loan shark' type loans. I THINK FL is one of them and I believe there are more.
