Bankrate has a free credit score with Experian. It will put together a plan to guide you to get your credit back on track. Capital One has cards for fair credit.

My husband and I both signed up at Credit Karma based upon your suggestion. Over the next few days we will be reviewing that information and then post back with more detail about our current situation and what we have to work with. Should I continue in this thread or should I create another topic elsewhere on the community? There are quite a number of categories and I would like to be in the right one. Also, should we post our credit scores at that point?
