This is good for a ROTFLOL...
I cancelled Verizon landline service 10 days after I paid the bill for the month (paid in advance)... I ended up with a collection which took me 4 months to get removed (and the account 'officially zeroed out')... Today, I got a 'payment reminder email' for an account with a $0 balance, that isn't active, and actually doesn't exist!!!!
WTG Verizon!!!!
