Closed on the 2nd now the evening of the 9th and I still cannot view my March statement? Slow but never this long before.
Macy's does that, too ... but then they also give you a 30-day grace period.
Aren't CC companies required to give you 21 days from the time your statement is sent?

Mine's not viewable yet, either.
I know that they did the usual update and all, because I have a $20-something credit from the cashback, but still no statement.
I don't know why so many CU's have screwy websites. You'd think that a site designer would see an opportunity and market something that works.
That being said, the current PenFed site is still miles ahead of the old one!
That's not saying much. It's still pretty dismal as far as online banking sites go.

I am not calling to find out since I have no balance but I didn't get a paper copy yet either. Maybe they don't generate a statement now unless you have a balance due?
Even if there is no balance due, if there are any transactions during the month there has to be a statement.
If there are no transactions, a lot of CC companies will not issue a statement.
