Personal Line of Credit

Hi

I had a few questions...

I need a perosnal line of credit for some upcoming expenses.

What banks do you guys feel have the best customer service and approcal rates.

I am willig to apply for one at a credeit union but i really dont want to go through all the hassle qwitht he paperwork.

my fico is 750 down from 792 after a few new inquries and accounts, i have no baddies what so ever and my highest credit line is 35000 with amex then BofA 30000.

Thanks in Advance.

Re: Personal Line of Credit

Any credit from CU means paperwork, unless you've got pre approval from PenFed.

IN VINO VERITAS.

Even with a pre-approval, there is no bank that I have ever heard of that will not make you sign a promissory note.

USAA and Alliant Credit Union have a pretty streamlined process and you can deal with signing everything online in just a few minutes.

Can I get the USAA line without being a full memeber? What other banks do you reccomend? i am fine with having to sign a promissory form.

I'm not sure about that with USAA.

Alliant CU is pretty good.  Avoid PenFed because they have to send you a promissory note via mail and then you have to return it.  PenFed is always a hassle.

Re: Personal Line of Credit

I know that prosper offers peer to peer personal loan lending up to $25,000 depending

on your fico score. Minimum with them to qualify is Experian 640

Lending club does a soft inquiry from TU and there minimum

requirement is 660 and at least 3 active tradelines and you can borrow

up to $35,000.

All loans are serviced through webbank

Interest rates depends on fico score and there own

scoring system
