Re: Pick 5, only 5!!

My five would be:

1. Penfed PCR @ 2% CB- it’s our daily driver for anything not covered in category below
2. Uber (DH) we eat out A Lot...4% cashback
3. BCE (DH) for 3% grocery...will eventually swap for BCP when he gets a good offer
4. Disco - rotating categories, we always seem to be able to use one
5. RBFCU Plat - instant cash advance access @ 7.9% APR. highest CL @ 25K. Don’t use it but nice to have...

I really want the Barclays AA card as I’m ExecPlat and could use the 10% points return. They don’t like my inquiries so I’m in garden. Could also use the Chase Southwest card as im also Alist Preferred..,the sign up bonus will be useful.
RBFCU Premier $25K, Sam’s Club MC $25K, Citi Exec WEMC $34K, Alliant Signature $20K, SSFCU $20K, Cap1 Venture $20K, Employer CU LOC $20K, Navy GoRewards $18K, 2nd NFCU Plat $14.7K, Citi Simplicity $18.2K, PenFed Power Cash $10K, PenFed PLOC $10k, Navy Platinum $12.7K, SMG $10K, PenFed Promise $12K, Total Rewards $8.5K, Discover It $2.5K, Discover It $2K, Cap One QS1 $850, Overstock $32K

USAA Limitless - 2.5% everywhere

USAA Cash Reward Plus Amex - 5% on gas

Consumers Credit Union - 3% on groceries

Chase Freedom - Rotating

Discover it - Rotating

If I get the Penfed Pathfinder, I'll move the Chase freedom to the bench.

Re: Pick 5, only 5!!

1.  Fidelity Visa - 2% on everything, stay at home card for all recuring charges and online purchases

2.  American Express Cash Magnet - 1.5% on everthing plus Amex Offers whenever possible

3.  FNBO TravElite - 3% on travel, 1.5% everything else, yearly 100.00 travel credit

4.  Capital One Savor - 3% on dining, 2% groceries, NFC, oldest card that started as a Quicksilver

Re: Pick 5, only 5!!

The 4 below cover most everything I purchase. Fashionable clothing is lacking so I think the 5th card will be MACY'S AMEX soon.

DISCOVER=22.5k 5% cash back categories.

US BANK CASH+ VISA=2.5K 5% cash back on utilities and furniture stores.

CHASE INK BUSINESS CASH VISA=14K 5% cash back on office supply stores, internet, phone, cable.

CITI COSTCO VISA=6.5K EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP= 6% cash back on gas at Costco. 5% cash back on travel booked through Costco. 4% cash back on anything else bought through Costco but mostly groceries. 3% cash back on restaurants. All the deals with the cash back on practically anything. I think it's the most well rounded card on the planet.
