Re: a Midland collections account. OC is Aspire This is from Experian. Aspire was sued by NYS Office of the Attorney General and a settlement was reached in 6/2006. I would assume that Aspire try to dump as many accounts as possible while they were under investigation, but am questioning if they had a right to sell my account.

Reported Since: 08/2005 Are they saying that Midland has been reporting this since 2005?
