Please help! Has anyone purchase Transunion credit report over automatic phone system?

Hello,

I am a foreigner with not good English listening ability, so I want to be well-prepared before I make a phone.

I want to buy a Transunion credit report using their automatic phone system, I am wondering how Transunion will charge me. Will the automatic phone system requires me to type in my credit card info?

I would first try and get transunion credit report thru annualcreditreport its free once an year .
