Please update me..:-)

Just need to know if "whoters" and "carnival" are subprime. If they are -- will paying them on time etc wipe away the "lesser" card smell? Thanks

Umm, not sure exactly what you mean. A CC is a CC is a CC, in the eyes of FICO.

Carnival was formerly under Juniper. Now they are Barclays. Rather snooty and prestigious, IMHO.
B&N, Carters, Gulf, OshKosh, TiVo and USAirways also must bear the same "stench".

Carnival all but owns the cruise industry. Low brow or low end? I think not.

Hooters is Merrick Bank, and I suppose yeah they are considered low rent district. Along with Cap 1, HSBC and Orchard. But even those banks have CCs that would be considered prime and perhaps even heli-prime or über-prime.

Thanks Noah, I thought that I read in a forum that these two cards were "giveaways". I posted b/c I could not find that info. I was thinking that a card is a card....but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing another cap1 look-alike card.
