Positive Credit Account Re-insertion

Is there a specific form or process name for re-inserting an account on your credit report? I've had two cards about 3 years, and I noticed for a while they were only showing up on Innovis and Transunion. I called Equifax and Transunion, and they both said there accounts were there but deleted. I called both banks and they sent me back to the CRAs. Somewhere along the line after bouncing back and forth a few times, they appeared on Equifax. Experian still has neither. Finally after contacting Experian again, they said the banks need to do a update or re-insertion. They said without it even banks that are reporting might not show up on my report. I contacted the banks and one seems to have some idea of what I'm talking about. They had me fax in my name, address, dob, ssn, card number, and the CRA that was not reporting. On the other hand, Capital One acts like they have no idea what I'm talking about. They keep opening up an investigation and determining they are reporting every month.

Re: Positive Credit Account Re-insertion

Ok finally success with Wells Fargo. It's now appearing on all reports. The funny thing is it seems to have nothing to do with all the stuff they had me to. My card was supposed to convert to unsecured on 5/30. After about a week or more it hadn't converted. I contacted them, and they said it would happen soon. A couple days later, they transferred my collateral to my checking account. All my reports show that a day or two after the transfer is when it reported. Who knows maybe it was both.

Capital one is still acting clueless of course
