Possible trouble with LVNV

They signed for my DV on the 3rd but haven't yet responded.
They pdated the account with all 3 bureaus on the 7th.
And now I got an alert from TC that there's a new collection showing on my EX report from LVNV.
 
Sadly I used my pull for the day already so I won't know the details of the collection until tomorrow. 
 
So now I'm wondering,
Can they actually update during the DV timeframe if they haven't responded? 
What's the chance that they're duping the account so I'll have a Collection Account and a Collection on the same issue (both are for the same amount of money)?
Is it possible they're just changing the type of account for some sneaky reason?
 
Grrrr for it not just being my darn report when I pulled it this morning.

They can keep report up till the 30 days are over......after that IF no response to DV   they will be in violation.
 
IF they were only reporting with 1 CRA   they CAN  start reporting to the other 2  BUT only till the 30 days ot validation........they do this to hurt your credit & hopt to bring you to your knees and make you pay!!

Haha they were always reporting with all three, this new collection account is well... new though.  If they don't validate in the 30 day period, then are the updates made in that 30 days violations, or just any that follow it?
 
Kinda stinks that they can have a Collection Account and an actual Collection both for the same amount, THAT can't be kosher as a dup account though correct?  I'll have to wait for my free pull tomorrow morning and see maybe if they take one off and put the other on lol

Are you saying that they are report the same account 2 times on 1 CRA?    If the acc #  is the same   violation    Or is this another or they are making it look like a disserent acc?

Currently the only info I have on the account to compare is the balance, which is the same.  I used my pull on TC at 818 this morning, and the "new collection" wasn't there.  Then around noon I got the message from TC that I have a "new MAJOR derog" (collection) posted to my EX report.  It's from LVNV but the pop up TC gives only give the Company/Derog code/Amount not the acct number, and I can't pull a new report until 819 tomorrow Smiley Mad
 
Wasn't there some other tri bureau reporting place that had daily pulls also?  Lol maybe I DO need to invest in two after all!

I've had this the last couple of weekends.

ON 3-7 I did an early morning pull from TC and found that my LVNV account had been updated the next day I get an email saying that I had a new account from LVNV. I of course checked and no change at all from the day before except that the contact info was missing.

last weekend I pulled my report on Sat afternoon and checked things out. LVNV's account had changed to open with a 0 balance with 120 late status on it. Monday afternoon I got the email from TC saying that there was a change to my report from LVNV. Nothing had changed to eyes

so maybe the change was already there and you've already seen it and TC is just a day slow emailing you

currently I'm now disputing the status of the account.

Yeah, usually TC send me a message the day after it shows up on the report, but this isn't even listed as a change to an account, it's a message about a new account... I'm just gonna have to keep myself busy today and away from my computer so I won't buy a new report just to see what's going lol
 
Only 18 hours and 11 minutes until I can pull on TC again...
 
Time to do some serious house cleaning/laundry lol
