Looking for some clarification on conditions and expected results concerning checking the Pre-qual CC sites as it relates to current Opt-In/Out and CR Frozen/Locked status. I have an idea but wanted to make sure from those more seasoned as to what effect each condition or combo would have on a Pre-Qual site App. I would imagine being opted "IN" and/or UN Frozen/ Un Locked when checking for Pre-Quals would be optimal... or does it matter? Anyone test this out or a combintation thereof yet? This will likely apply to CLI's as well to some extent.
